Earth to Republicans: There's No Such Thing as a Left-Handed Monkey Wrench or a Sky Hook

In case you've wondered how conservatives keep getting conned into voting against their own interests — Wonder no more.  P.T. Barnum vastly overestimated these people's intelligence.

Shown below is a March 23rd story from The Onion.    There was such an outpouring of rightwing outrage over the article and photo — Snopes had to debunk the story.

DUUUHHH!!!

Damn! Well I guess the next thing you're going to tell me is, there's no such thing as a board stretcher for those saw cutting mistakes.

jadedj: No such thing as a board stretcher??? But, what about that timeless proverb of "measure once, cut twice"?

Too much! Proves that conservatives are not only stupid, but they also lack a sense of humor.

It's also the reason the myth of the official narrative of what happened on 9/11 persists...

Tom, HA! The advantage, of course is, you only need one tape measure. However, you do need a double, half-miter chop saw, made in Zhejiang Provence, China. The good news? You don't have to go all the way to China to get one. Your local Sears store ("Where America Shops") probably has one in stock. Show them your voter's registration card (the one with the big "R" on it and get a 15% discount and 2 votes in the next primary election. Or for .50 per chop, you can just take it to Home Depot and let them do it for you.

JG: Yup, it's the conservative stupidity and gullibility that have enabled the 9/11 official story to persist; as well as trickle down economics; a higher minimum wage will destroy the economy; climate change is just a vicious hoax dreamed up by socialist thugs so they can confiscate our property; etc. etc.

jadedj: This is fantastic news. I thought I'd have to go all the way to Zhejiang to get me a double chop saw. But it turns out all I have to do is go to Sears, show them my Republican registration card, get their special discount on a chop saw AND two votes in the next primary?!? Hot Damn!
