While this is funny, I still believe that using Cell Phone Video is not reform. Sooner or later it will be ruled out or its use restricted by friendly courts and lawmakers or electronically hacked and edited.

The Black Panthers got their start in the East Bay following Police Cars through their neighborhoods with cameras, a note pad and a copy of the constitution (and a California Lawbook), and yes guns in case the cops wanted to get violent, anybody that got pulled over were reminded of their rights under the law and caught many police abusing those rights.

The Cops went after the Panthers declared them terrorist and still continued their illegal ways in the Black Communities.

Demeur: It's a sign of the times.

Erik: True, cell phone videos don't count as reform. But hopefully they'll have a deterrent effect when cops figure out that they might be on Candid Camera at any time during their entire shift.

We may have hit a turning point. As most people carry cell phones it's hard for police to say everyone is a terrorist. For the first time we've seen cops fired and convicted from cell phone videos. Not many but it's a start.
