Federal Lawsuit: The People vs. John Boehner

House Speaker John Boehner (RJameson) has confirmed that he plans to file a federal lawsuit against President Barack Obama because of Obama's extensive use of executive authority.  Reached at his favorite nightclub (or one of them anyway), Boehner told an interviewer:

“You know the conshtitution makesh it clear that the preshident’sh job ish to faithfully execute the lawsh and in my view the Preshident has not faithfully executed the lawsh.  Thish lawshuit ish about defending the inshtitution in which we sherve becaushe what we’ve sheen clearly over the pasht 5 yearsh ish an effort to erode the power of the legishlative branch.  Hey, Barkeep, gimme another triple shot of that Jamishon Whishkey.”

Then he fell off his bar stool, hit his head and became incapacitated (how could they tell?) and was replaced by Eric Cantor.  Oh, wait...

LOL!

When you put Jameson there, I first thought "Jenna Jameson" the porn star? Yeah that fits. Then I though J. Jonah Jameson the idiot, yellow publisher from Spider Man? Yeah that fits!

Then I realized the Irish Whiskey!
You have possibly insulted the Irish!

You captured his diction quite well and you even got the Whiskey correct because Le Boehner is a Catholic so he drinks Jameson's not Bushmills!

jadedj: Thanks.

Erik: That's right, I forgot about Jenna Jameson. Didn't mean to insult the Irish.

Grung: I didn't know that about Jameson and Bushmills. I like Jameson better myself (even if I'm not Catholic); Bushmills has this cloying sweet taste, IMHO.

Wonder if he will use SCOTUS' decision on POTUS doing illegal recess appointments to bolster up his case and I wonder why he waited till this week to go all over the place announcing this. Cynical me says he had a heads up from one o the conservative judges and told him to wait a minute and you'll have more you can sue him for.

Jess: I'm sure Boehner -- acting on orders from his corporate masters -- is filing this suit for the sole purpose of getting the GOP base all riled up and rarin' to vote this November.
