Governor John Kasich: Creating Jobs in Ohio

The liberal media has been portraying John Kasich as a braindead errand boy for the Oligarchy, with absolutely no specific plans other than crippling unions and going down on the Koch brothers.

Nothing could be further from the truth. As the teatards keep reminding us, “the government can’t create jobs.” And John Kasich is proving this talking point by creating a private entity — JobsOhio — which will urge businesses to relocate to Ohio. “No unions! Rock bottom wages! None of them commie safety regulations!”

When you hear that giant sucking sound, it’ll be from thousands of companies moving out of those Nanny Blue States and into Freedom-loving Ohio. (Of course it’ll also include the sound of John Kasich’s above-mentioned threesome with the Koch brothers.)

Being the shrewd free-enterpriser that he is, John Kasich will be the chairman of JobsOhio. Liberals will probably whine about “conflict of interest” or “corporate welfare” or whatever…

Kasich has a foolproof plan for financing JobsOhio. He’ll be leasing the state’s liquor stores to JobsOhio, and the booze revenue will finance their operations. This economic plan is foolproof for two reasons:

1. Buyer’s Remorse. People who are in the throes of buyer’s remorse tend to drink more. And Ohio voters are going through a major big time lollapalooza case of buyer’s remorse.

2. John Boehner.

Now is that teamwork or what? If Boehner satisfies his jones exclusively through Ohio’s liquor stores, Ohio will soon have the lowest unemployment rate in the world.

Well said, but don't be surprised if there are other reasons for a giant sucking sound coming out of Ohio.

I'm thinking an outward rush of teachers, firefighters, police officers, librarians and other public employees, plus families concerned about education quality and businesses disgusted with Third-World infrastructure and poor public safety.

I have relatives who voted for Kashitch. I pummel them every time I see them. Ted wasn't the greatest thing ever, but he was the Messiah when it comes to this arrogant piece of shit.

Well hell, this thing could work...the liquor scam, er, venture that is. All those adult soon to be jobless sots are a given, but if Ohio lowers the drinking age to say, oh, 14, even more revenue!

We can only hope these Right Wing governors's treachery will reesult in waking up enough people to vote.

In the meantime there's always plenty to be pissed off about. Like:

Last Friday Google took down my blog without notice.

Talk about a Kafkaesque experience. No warning, no explanation, no accusation even. I guess a lot of blogger world goes down because of misidentification as spammers. They also have a very Kafkaesque system of hoops and loops to jump through for a review.

I get a sick sense of foreshadowing from this that all politically incorrect blogs and information sources may meet the same fate when net neutrality is lost and corporatist government clamps down.

I'll take my davedubya.com elsewhere; Wordpress looks pretty good in comparison. I'm glad I saved all my posts and links.

Until I looked at the link you provided in your post, I thought this might have been like something from The Onion.

SW: I wouldn't doubt it a bit -- teachers, firefighters, cops and librarians leaving the state. And I doubt if too many companies will relocate to Ohio just because of their "better" business climate.

JR: Pummel them good :) I hope a lot of Ohio voters are pummeling themselves for electing that sack of shit.

jadedj: Yup, lower the drinking age, raise the unemployment rate and pass the booze.

Suzan: Everything the plutocrats do is what "The American People" want.

Dave: That sucks! I've been wondering what happened to you. I see your Blogger profile is back but the blog is still inaccessible. That's fuckin' scary.

I once had to "prove" my blog wasn't a spam blog, but it never got taken down. I just had to type in certain letters before doing a new post, to prove I was human and not a spambot.

If your blog got taken down for political reasons, we're all in trouble. You might be further to the left than me, but I do a lot more cursing and name-calling (it's an addiction).

I'll keep checking to see if your site is back. Best of luck.

Snave: These rightwing governors deserve all the lampooning they can get.

From what I hear there is a lot of buyers remorse going on. Perhaps eyes are being opened and research will be done before pulling levers at voting booths. Nawwwww who the hell am I kidding...the dumb bastards will do it all over again and again..

Tim: I hope that buyer's remorse is still there in January 2012 when these governors can be recalled.

Randal: Shober up, ya bumm.

Dave, Tom, what happened to you could be because 1, the server your ISP account is on is infested with spammers; or 2, because some SOB set you up.

When my blog was hacked a few weeks back, it was corrupted to generate spam messages in search engine results, especially cached pages, and certain RSS feeds. The post headline and parts of the text showed things I never wrote. But it wasn't about exploiting my blog for commercial purposes at all, because there were no links involved, just messages like "Buy Viagra Online."

The whole idea was to embarrass and to get search engines and aggregator sites to shun my blog as either compromised or a spam source. That's why I had to change the subdomain, which changed the URL.

I hope I don't sound paranoid, but shortly before it happened, I had written posts hitting on Assange and Msanning and on right-wing efforts to destroy Planned Parenthood, along with the usual choice words about Republicans and conservatives. I think those answer "Why this and why now?"

Dave, I encourage you to go with Wordpress, preferably on your own hosted ISP account, or if that strains the budget, then at Wordpress.com, where you don't have to pay for hosting. If you need to know a good ISP I can recommend the one I'm on and have been on since 2003. Contact me and I'll be glad to give specifics. But there are several good ones out there. If you do go that route, it's best to do it on the basis of a customer's recommendation and not just advertising. A few of them are terrible.

BTW, I just read yesterday that for reasons either not fully understood or explained. Wordpress.com was down for an extended period. Visitors could read blogs, but bloggers couldn't write, edit or answer comments. Might've been a directed denial of service attack (DDOS).

SW: Thanks for the info.

Interestingly enough, your comment appeared in my spam folder. Usually when that happens it's because there's a link contained in the comment. Then again, Lisa's troll comments almost always contain a link and they never go to the spam folder.

I guess your "Buy Viagra Online" reference qualified your comment as "spam."

Anyway thanks for the information and the warnings.

Tom, I sometimes put links into comments, embedding them the way they're meant to be embedded. I've quit doing that on Blogger blogs because if I do, the comment disappears. I guess into the spam trap, but some bloggers can't seem to find them at all. I've had three or four comments on Blogger blogs disappear in the past four weeks or so.
