Get Those Icky Bush Stains Out NOW

Don’t you just hate when this happens? You think you’ve got a Constitutional right that’s been clearly spelled out, and then Dumbya shits on it. Well, now you have a remedy. Just dab on a little Bush-Stain Remover™ and — Presto! You have your Constitution back, good as new.

Or maybe the environment has been ruined because that spoiled fratboy puked all over it. Wipe off those second-hand bourbon stains NOW, with Bush-Stain Remover™. It’s never been so easy.

Bush-Stain Remover™ was invented twelve years ago and it’s only been used once. But experts are predicting that starting early next year, this exciting new product will be everywhere.

Restrictions apply. Bush-Stain Remover™ cannot be used before January 20, 2009. Product will only remove stains that were deposited after May 2008.

You freakin moron. Don't you know that Bush protected your right for seven years to remain free and ignorant? The only thing Bush is guilty of is spending like a drunken Democrat, now what we have in office is someone that will be ten times worse ten times worse. No freedoms. no businesses, they will all be out of business or overseas. We will be owned by China, since thay don,t have the second highest corporate income tax in the world, and extravagant labor costs as in lifetime retirement and health insurance benefits, and seven times minimum wage pay scale.

Boy, using this wouldn't be very bipartisan of Congress, thus making Barack Hussein X a lying socialist. But I repeat myself.

Might work on some stains...but others? Like the Bush Supreme Court stains? They are like coffee, or tomato sauce. They are not going to lift right out.

Love it. I hope President-Elect Obama uses this to the hilt!

Anonymous: Thank you for helping me out. I've been blogging for years to try to convey the idiocy and absurdity of the neocon mentality. And then you came along and provided a real-life example, making my job much easier. Thanks again.

Randal: Nope, not very bipartisan. Unfortunately, terms like "bipartisan" might become as quaint as the hula hoop and the stagecoach.

Paul: I hope those Supreme Court stains will lift off when the oldest justices start retiring.

Enemy: LOL. If everybody starts buying that stuff by the case, we can revive the economy.

Mauigirl: I hope so too.

Bi-partisan is all fine and dandy when the other side of the "Bi" makes a lick of sense. The other side doesn not make a lick of sense. Therefore, I say to hell with bipartisan efforts, until the other side of the "bi" decides to come to its senses. The neocons, like "anonymous," who have a stangle-hold on the republican party, refuse to do so. So, screw'em.

I'll take a case, too, btw. :)

Bee: Good point. We'd all like to be bipartisan, but neither side wants to do it unilaterally. And ever since the Republicans became so militant and jugular-oriented (probably around 1994 under Gingrich's "leadership"), there's no way they'll be trusted again until they earn that trust.

Enemy: LOL. Conservatives have been getting nastier and more desperate ever since that America-hating terrorist-loving socialist got elected to the White House.

"Bristling over suggestions the Bush administration was too cozy with industry, the White House has defended its new regulations and cites requirements for increased auto fuel efficiency as 'maybe not particularly welcomed by members of the business community.'"

Obviously, the notion those requirements might've been put in place for some worthwhile purpose besides making members of the business community do the happy dance is beyond the Bush administration's extremely limited comprehension.

We don't need stain remover for grease and grime deposits dating back to May '08. We need sterilization going back to February 2001.

I don't blame "Anonymous." If I was that frigging stupid, I wouldn't want to identify myself either.

This writing looks too much like Jenn for it to be a coincidence, IMHO. First, she stopped putting her URL in her comments and started calling herself "Jennifer." Looks to me like she may well have taken an additional step backwards.

you have to actually read the constitution to know how many of our liberties have been flushed down the toilet. i highly recommend taking a constitution class (or several) you will be amazed and disgusted at how our rights have been slowly but progressively taken away and/or altered over the decades. i certainly don't see any improvement coming over the next 4 years as far as our individual liberties. Thomas Jefferson was right when he said "when the government fears the people, you have liberty. when the people fear the government, you have tyranny."

Holy shit! Anonymous is a true dumbass. Where do these people breed?

You should hold his post in suspense until Obama's term is over, and then post it to see if Nostradumbass's predictions come true.

Wow, I didn't think they still existed, but there you have it- Bush supporter.
P.S. Shouldn't that be moran?

JR: I wouldn't doubt that "Jenn" (or one of her regular commenters) is behind some of these anonymous comments. In my post about bailing out the auto industry, there were four comments that came in at almost the same time. It was late Friday night, usually a slow period for blogging and commenting. I was doing one last check for new comments, not expecting to find any, and there were 4 new ones -- Jenn and 3 Anonymous. Coincidence?

Kate: That's true. That's a great Jefferson quote; we've sure strayed a long way from that scenario (if we were ever there in the first place).

Carlos: Nostradumbass -- LOL.

Lew: Yup, found a live one. A moran.

No freedoms? Anonymous, who told you to think that way? Was it something you heard on television, on radio, or from your pastor? "We will be owned by China"? Heh! We already are! Like Kate says, if one bothers to read the Constitution, it becomes obvious that our current administration has no love for the document.

The stain Bush is leaving is one on the soul of our nation. I hope there is stain-remover strong enough to get it out...

Well, I'm cautiouly optimistic but I think I'll take a wait and see attitude on this one. Let us not forget how abysmally the Dem congress performed two years ago when they were voted in on the promise of taking the Bush administration to task. There are certainly one or two issues I can name off the top of my head that I'd like to see reversed. :)

Rockync: Yup, cautious optimism is the way to go. The Democrats should have a lot more momentum in January with larger numbers and a new president. But these last 2 years have been pretty disappointing, so we'll see what happens.
